Aatmiya Parinay is a free, spiritual matrimonial initiative dedicated to helping members of the Hariprem Parivar connect for marriage based on values, culture, and Aatmiyata.

2. Eligibility

• You must belong to the Hariprem Parivar community.
• You must be of legal marriageable age (21 for men, 18 for women).
• All details submitted must be genuine and verifiable.

3. Mandatory Affidavit Requirement

• To maintain authenticity and ensure that only genuine profiles are published, every user must submit an official affidavit before their profile can be reviewed or approved.
• The affidavit must strictly follow the official format prescribed by Aatmiya Parinay and must include:
  • An affidavit prepared on ₹300/- stamp paper (as per the prescribed sample format)
  • Accurate, complete, and truthful personal and family details
  • Signature and a passport-size photograph of the applicant, affirming the authenticity of the information provided
  • Physical submission of the affidavit at the Aatmiyadham Office, Manjalpur
• Profiles will remain pending and will not be made visible to other members until the affidavit is received and verified.
• Aatmiya Parinay reserves full rights to reject, delay, or disable profiles where the affidavit is not submitted, contains incorrect information, or does not match the submitted profile details.

4. Free Service

Aatmiya Parinay is completely free of cost — no subscription, no payment, no premium plans, no hidden fees. All verified members can view full profiles of other verified members.

5. Account Responsibility

Users must keep login details confidential. Impersonation, misuse, or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited.

6. Profile Information

By registering, you agree that your profile information (including contact details) will be visible to all approved members for genuine matrimonial communication.

7. Expected Conduct

• Provide correct details.
• Maintain respect and dignity.
• Do not misuse other members' personal information.
• No abusive, vulgar, or threatening behavior.

8. Verification Disclaimer

We verify profiles to the best extent possible, but we do not guarantee accuracy of user-submitted information. Families must independently verify all details before proceeding.

9. Safety & Liability

Aatmiya Parinay is not responsible for disputes, misunderstandings, or outcomes of matches as well as futuristic incidents after successful story from this platform. All communication and decisions are at the user’s discretion.

10. Misuse & Account Removal

Any misuse—including fake profiles, misbehavior, harassment, or fraudulent activities—will result in immediate removal and may lead to civil and criminal legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated anytime. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
